A mail I had sent my team-mates - may be useful to you too.
"Hello folks,
Spend what free time you have to peruse through these posts. Some may seem irrelevant but they are all useful. The third and the fourth are the most important.
Programmers and Chefs
Code Smells
Egoless Programming: You Are Not Your Job
The Ten Commandments of Egoless Programming
Power, Influence, and Copywriting
Writing, Speaking, and Programming
And now for some comic relief:

The link blog of Brijesh (aka BrijWhiz). This is where I put in the links I really like. The need for this was felt as I want to keep my other blog as a place where I put in essays and commentaries. Do hop over there to http://brijwhiz.blogspot.com

Philipp Lenssen's list of 10 things you might not know about Google.
Of special relevance to me was his point 9 quoted below:
"9. Google comic book search.
While Google doesn't have its own comic book search engine, you can still achieve good results by going to Google Images, setting the file size to "Large images", and then searching for [comics]. Using this setting, you can also search for an artist's name, like ["john byrne"], ["john romita jr"], ["frank miller"] or ["daniel clowes"]. You might even have some fun adding your own speech bubbles to the comic book pages you find (use a free font like WebLetterer for best results)..."
Now to go over to google and try this.

"Raison d'être to Love British Summer"
A great "welcome to the summer" post by Piscean as he is happy with the advent of the British Summer.
Similarly Annon was quite thrilled with the advent of spring in the East coast of US. A philosophical day for him.
